Steps to replicate the issue:

• Visit Special:UnusedRedirects on our wiki: https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Special:UnusedRedirects
• Notice that [[File:1d10 Radiant.png]] is listed. Visit it: https://bg3.wiki/w/index.php?title=File:1d10_Radiant.png&redirect=no
• Use "What links here" on it: https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Special:WhatLinksHere/File:1d10_Radiant.png
• Notice that it's actually still in use. (Although this might have changed by the time you read this. There are plenty other examples.)

The same problem can be observed with e.g. https://bg3.wiki/w/index.php?title=Template:C&redirect=no and other templates.

I think the problem applies to all files and templates. Perhaps everything outside the main namespace.

I haven't had the time yet to familiarize myself with the PHP code of the special page and understand how the query works. Later I might try to solve this myself.
