The label was chosen to not make the pop-up menu excessively wide. The tooltip text gives more detail, as does the confirmation notification.
Overall though I'm not happy with how undiscoverable the feature currently is.

It is understandable, but it sacrifices immediate understandability. At first sight, it seems to be a redundant watchlist subscription link.

IMO, it should be close to the watchlist star, not hidden in a menu.
