Purpose: Machine learning system for identifying articles in an arbitrary topic
Brief description: Wiki Education is building a machine learning system to identify the set of articles in an arbitrary user-defined topic area, along with a data visualization app to show how a topic area evolves over time and how much aggregate improvement is driven by program participants.

How soon you are hoping this can be fulfilled: ASAP. We're currently using a single instance on the globaleducation project, but we'd like to add storage soon for handing English Wikipedia dump data, and having a separate project will be better than sharing resources between this and the globaleducation project that run outreachdashboard.wmflabs.org.
