This task involves the work with informing and inviting volunteers to begin the work needed to make existing graphs be compatible with Vega 5.
Story
As a volunteer who is both experienced with graph-related templates and motivated to restore graphs that the outage has left them/readers without, I want to know when the necessary technical components are in place for me to begin porting existing graphs to Vega 5, so that I (and other people) can regain access to the functionality and information this issue has left us without.
