Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Use any Wikimedia page like https://de.wikivoyage.org/wiki/El_Gouna
• Move TOC to the sidebar
• Navigate the the bottom of the page

What happens?:

• It is impossible the press any footer link, because the are overlapped by the vector-sticky-pinned-container container.
• If the TOC uses the full vertical space parts of the footer are invisible.

What should have happened instead?:

• Footer should not overwitten by TOC
