Context: announcement to raise awareness of the feature went out on dewiki on 5 September 2023. We want to assess whether this announcement had an impact on usage.

Collect to following statistic for dewiki:

• Number of times QID is used to insert a geopoint in a Kartographer map

Steps to accomplish:

• Create a new compute instance in the dumps-references-processor Cloud VPS project, with 4 or 8 CPUs.
• Set up this instance to execute our scraper code—this is currently not trivial, we have no puppet role yet. Adam needs to dump scraper setup notes into a document. Ideally this goes into puppet but it's out of scope for the moment.
• Run the scraper with the maps module enabled, on the latest dewiki dump.
• Compare the article count with site-reported stats to ensure completeness.
