Description

The background color of the Zh {F41614416}WikiNews logo does not match the interface, and it also makes the overall look and feel bad, so I suggest changing to a version without a background color.

Local community discussion logo path identified ("/static/images/mobile/copyright/wikinews-wordmark-zh.svg"), admin lacks edit permissions, temporary logo without background created on Wikimedia Commons have been done, report on Phabricator needed.

It is completed, but it seems cache not cleared yet , i see changes in some browsers
