[REQUEST] Help me understand how often Administrators disable JS
Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

@JWheeler-WMF in CommTech is requesting:

Multiblocks is a feature that Admins use to block editors from making specific types of edits to pages or categories. Our goal is to decide whether we can build Multiblocks with Vue / Codex, which doesn't currently support no-JS via CSS.

Our hypothesis is that Admins are advanced users concerned about privacy, and have a higher rate of no-JS than the average editor. If Admins have a 10% or higher rate of "no-JS," we would suggest building Multiblocks via OOUI.

We've seen that[[ https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T240697#7127421 | 6.1% of logged in Desktop users and 3.15% of logged in mobile users ]] edit without JS. Editing could be a proxy behavior to look at, however we should understand what % of admins edit.

This request is time sensitive (end of week) as we are trying to decide on our frontend implementation ASAP.
