Description

Background

One of our KRs is that all users spend at least 10s evaluating a task before publishing it. Tooltips during the onboarding process direct users on what parts of the article and image information to review before making their decision.

Requirements

Tooltips show up the first time someone opens the feature
Tutorial option in overflow menu that re-triggers the tooltips

Investigate the use of the new TipKit vs. Old custom tooltips.

TipKit is only available on iOS 17.0+, we support iOS 15+
