I've built this new server (traffic-puppetserver-bookworm) and moved hosts over to it from puppetmaster-buster.
A few notes:
- There are several VMs that no longer execute puppet cleanly due to profile::puppetserver::volatile now working properly in cloud-vps.
- Puppet was long-broken on traffic-acmechief01; I didn't fix it but I did change the reference to the puppetserver so that it will be straightforward if someone else wants to fix.
