In T58899 in 2013 enWS requested the addition of ns:114 to wmgCollectionArticleNamespaces. In T358437 in 2024 the Collection extension was undeployed from all Wikisourcen. That means the current config for wmgCollectionArticleNamespaces for enwikisource in InitialiseSettings.php is obsolete and should be removed.
