es6 and es7 are new sections.

es6 has blobs_cluster30
es7 has blobs_cluster31

Once this is done, we can disable writes on es4 and es5 and make them standalone hosts T364447: Make es4 and es5 RO

Writes are now flowing into es6 and es7.
For the next couple of days we'll have the following clusters running RW

es4
es5
es6
es7

After that we'll set es4 and es5 in RO (T364447)
