Let's include useful commons remplates in the multimedia role, as it could be needed for media viewer, upload wizard and structured data, all of which have their independent roles and require multimedia as a dependency.

@dan-nl actually needs the documentation templates for GWToolset, which I had stripped off here. Now that lua templates vagrant import works even for large complicated templates, there's no need to make them smaller. We should however import the required full-blown templates for the multimedia role.

Mass-removing the Multimedia tag from MediaViewer tasks, as this is now being worked on by the Reading department, not Editing's Multimedia team.
