Add information that is needed to understand the bigger picture of this story.

As a translator, I can see the translation that I wrote even if publishing failed, so that I'll be calm that my work will not go to waste.

When a publishing error happens we can provide a way to attempt to retrieve the generated wikitext so that the user can publish the article manually.
