Fix the mixed content issue on Wikimedia Statistics

Description

https://stats.wikimedia.org/ includes some images loaded over HTTP. These need to be changed to use protocol relative links. gerrit:147876 didn't fix the issue.

is that index.html from puppet actually deployed on the prod server?

Wikistats is not puppetized and the repo that is getting used in production is not in sync
with the gerrit's wikistats repo.


@ezachte: It seems the wikistats repo in your home directory on stat1002 is missing the commits

from gerrit's wikistats repo.

Are aware of the mismatch?
Can I help you getting them in sync again?

Some days ago, I've been told that the issue got fixed in the relevant repo clone.
