@Bgwhite would you please explain in what sense AWB is "not handling" these HTML codes?
Comment Actions
Convert would be a better term. For example in [[Timeline of prehistoric Scotland]], AWB doesn't convert [[La Tène style#La T.C3.A8ne style]] into [[La Tène style#La Tène style]]

There seems to be nothing that this task is stalled on ("If a report is waiting for further input (e.g. from its reporter or a third party) and can currently not be acted on"), as the question has been answered. Hence resetting task status.
