Thanks for verifying. So I guess the only error was that I wasn't shown the correct page after reporting. (This was a period when there were possible delays owing to the test of alternative servers.)

I confirm the problem on Vicipaedia (Latina). Occasionally, by clicking to a new page or to a different language I can get a proper alphabetical list, but then it'll refresh and randomize the list again. On Vicipaedia the "Recent changes" page and Category pages seem to have escaped the bug so far.
