**When I** arrive at the most recently published comment in a discussion after tapping the {nav Latest comment} link within a talk page's "Topic Container," I want to be able to quickly return where I just was (read: the section's title), **so that** I can regain my orientation and continuing browsing the page as I had been in the moments before tapping the {nav Latest comment} link.
