Please reset 2FA for User:Friniate on sysop_itwiki

Description

Some months ago I deleted the app that I had set as default app for the 2FA. Fortunately I had saved the codes needed to recover the wikimedia account. Unfortunately I hadn't saved the recover codes for the sysop_itwiki account. Therefore I can't access the sysop_itwiki wiki anymore. Could someone delete the 2FA for the account on that wiki in order to allow me to recover the account? Thank you in advance.

  • This is only for sysop_itwiki, which is a private wiki. The SUL is not affected: I've a 2FA system active on the wikimedia account on the new app that I've installed. The local account on it.wiki is not affected either, the problem is only the account on the sysopwiki.

We solved this renaming (and blocking) the "old" user account and creating a new user account. Works.

As in T261722, I was under the impression that a phab task would've been sufficient (this being for a single account on a private wiki). I assume this task can be closed as invalid, then?
