There is currently no documentation for the endpoint for getting all events

Acceptance criteria:
Create documentation for endpoint to get all events (as used in Special:AllEvents) at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:CampaignEvents/Api

There is no endpoint at the moment, so we would have to create one first.
