Description:
Besides the "discussion" tab there also should be an "open questions" or
"missing information" tab where users could enter questions that are not
answered in the article. Also the original author could enter things that he
hadn't answered.
So authors could better address points their article lacks.

So you also could call it a bugzilla feature for articles ;-)
