Wanted to personnaly fix the format issue on this following page

the units 'Byte/s' are shown as '[[Byte/s'
They use {val|0000|u=foo}
I tested the template with know units 'm' and it worked but
unknow units like 'tmp' had the double bracket showing.

Templates are local features and managed on wiki. Phabricator/Maniphest is used for MediaWiki, MediaWiki extensions, or server configuration. You could contact the author of the script/gadget or ask on the Talk page of the template.
Closing as INVALID here in Phabricator as this is a matter to discuss and fix on the local wiki and unfortunately not handled in Phabricator/Maniphest.
