There should be comments added that

$wgMetaNamespace    = FALSE;

corresponds to Project: corresponding to namespace 4 and 5. Else it only
makes sense if your site happens to be called Meta, others are left
scratching their heads. No fair hoping the user has read up elsewhere
about it.
