I notice if one wants to have several different wikis run off the same
MediaWiki tree, one must make at least one directory, one
LocalSettings.php, and several symlinks for each different wiki.

If a LocalSettings.sitename.php etc. were allowed, then all that
would be needed was an extra LocalSettings.sitename.php for each site.

One AdminSettings.php could be used if no AdminSettings.sitename.php
were found.

I never used the "upload" directory though.
