Provide a way to see changes without rendering the page

Description:
When I click on a diff link in my watchlist or in RC, I (almost always) only
want to see the changes. I (almost) never want to see the layout, unless the
change can change it (an image added or removed, changes in table structure, etc.).

Sometimes someone put 2 or 3 {{ipr}}s [1] or other complicated template in the
page and makes it very slow to render. While an IP can read such a page (s/he
gets the cached HTML), vandalize it (no first preview for IPs), and save it in
10 seconds, I sometimes have to wait 40 seconds just to see that the page was
vandalized! And since I won't even look at the HTML, mediawiki and me just lost
our time.

[1]: That is a template that pushes mw to its limits. Put more than one in a
page, and probably nothing will get expanded after them...

Damn... I should have searched for "diff" not only "change"!
