The block options ("Block anonymous users only", "Prevent account creation",
"Automatically block the last IP address used by this user") should be listed on
the Block log (Special:Log/block). As far as I can tell, this information is
not listed anywhere.

This is not a duplicate. The other bug referred to [[Special:Ipblocklist]],
while this is about [[Special:Log/block]]
