"Number of page watchers visiting recent edits" doesn't really make much sense.

Could we do "Number of recently active page watchers"?

A code comment in InfoAction.php reads Number of page watchers who also visited a "recent" edit. I like that. :-)

From indefinite to indicative? Sure.
