Contact entities responsible for zero-results queries
Closed, ResolvedPublic2 Estimated Story Points

Description

Trey Jones and Ironholds went through the sampled logs and tracked down the sources of our most common zero results queries. This card represents reaching out to those entities we can identify as responsible for those queries and talking to them about how their software is behaving. The stakeholder benefit is, well, a better understanding of the use cases our customers have, a lower zero results rate, and a more refined idea of what users are failing to do.

We contacted the biggest contributors. Most of them fixed stuff up for us where appropriate, which is nice.
