Unwanted categories on wantedcategories on sv.wikipedia

Description

The wantedcategories special page on Swedish Wikipedia lists some categories
that has not had any members for a long time, even after the cache of that page
is updated. Two of the categories that should not be listed are
[[sv:Kategori:Stubbar 2005-04]], [[sv:Kategori:Stubbar 2005-05]].

The categorylinks table from the last dump has some members for those
categories, but no matching page ids are in the page table.

There were a lot of old bogus records for missing/deleted pages; probably from
old bugs, as they dated from 2005. Have removed them and regenerated the lists
for svwiki.
