I have just been contacted by one of the owners of the Wikimedia Uruguay mailing list, wikimedia-uy. Their admin requests queue is currently full of spammy subscription requests that go well into the hundreds and therefore cannot be processed manually.

Please kindly process all of those requests server-side (through the command line) by rejecting the requests and, if possible, banning all e-mail addresses from ever subscribing to the mailing list (ie. adding them to the blacklist).
