Description:
When you change capitalization of a few words on a page, MediaWiki should
generate an auto edit summary like 'capitalization' or maybe even something more
detailed like 'Uppercased word "Liberal"'.

This bug is one of a series of nine feature requests I am making for new auto
edit summary logic: bug 9372, bug 9373, bug 9374, bug 9375, bug 9376, bug 9377,
bug 9378, bug 9379, and bug 9380.
