Description:
When you add one or 2 characters of punctuation to a page, MediaWiki should
generate an auto edit summary like 'punctuation' or maybe even something more
detailed like 'Punctuation: changed word <b>people<b> to word <b>people,</b>'.

This bug is one of a series of nine feature requests I am making for new auto
edit summary logic: bug 9372, bug 9373, bug 9374, bug 9375, bug 9376, bug 9377,
bug 9378, bug 9379, and bug 9380.
