I notice that it is no longer possible to enter new (ie, currently nonexistent) categories when uploading files using UploadWizard. While I understand that this is to "encourage" uploaders to categorize their files, I discovered that even if I create the category separately, it doesn't appear when I type it in the UploadWizard (perhaps it takes a bit of time to appear). Thus, in the end, I had to complete the upload without categorizing the file, and add the category later.

I feel that it is better to allow uploaders to enter new, not-yet-existing categories which they can then create after the file has been uploaded.
