Yes, that appears entirely correct. That template is indeed protected by cascade
from the page you mention.

Do you really think that link is normal ???

Discuter:W/w/wiki/Discuter:W/w/w/index.php

It is a page which was created (probably by a broken bot, likely a spambot),
then deleted, then recreated and protected.

How a spam bot can do this ?
In this case, it's a major security issue !

I don't care about the "Discuter:W/w/wiki/Discuter:W/w/w/index.php" page,
but about the page "Modèle:Page supprimée" on the french Wikibooks :

  1. Go to http://fr.wikibooks.org/wiki/Modèle:Page_supprimée
  2. click "modifier" or "protéger" link to see the problem

You can also see http://greudin.free.fr/medias/image/wikibooks-bug.png

There is nothing unusual about this page.

The page title is legal.

The page text is legitimate.

The protection was done by an admin.

If you didn't want to use cascading protection, then have an admin change it.

There is no bug.

Please stop reopening this bug without reading and comprehending the situation.

You have made no effort to understand that this is not a bug. The page title is
legitimate and the behaviour here is legitimate. There is no security issue;
Wikibooks is open to editing by everybody, including anonymous users.

I'm sorry. I apologize for this. The explanations was not enough clear for me as
english is not my first language, and I was tired. Now I understand the situation.
