Description

Both HHVM and zend fail consistently with the following error:

Nov  9 11:07:13 mw1152:  PHP Warning:  mysql_fetch_array() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /srv/org/wikimedia/dbtree/inc/sanity.php on line 852

so it seems that the query in question fails and thus causes dbtree to render an empty page.
