Add link to SmiteSpam wiki page in Special:Version

Description

Most extensions listed in Special:Version have a link pointing to their wiki page. (For example, the first column at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Version/#mw-version-ext ).

This can be easily achieved by adding a url field to $wgExtensionCredits in SmiteSpam.php.
