Recommend link to commons on restricted Wiktionary upload pages

Description

Description:
Wiktionary is choosing to eliminate all local uploads in favor of using the ones on Commons. This actually makes sense for its mission. However, if one goes to the upload page, instead of it saying that and offering a link to go to the upload page on commons, it simply shows a message that the page is restricted to sysops.

I would like to recommend that the upload page on Wikitionary, when restricted to sysops (and presumably above) in addition to saying this, that its PHP code be changed to indicate that uploads for Wiktionary should be made to Wikimedia commons, and offering a link to the upload page there.

I say it that way, that it is reasonable to inform people that only sysops can upload (and this way if someone who has priveleges to do so needs to upload something specific to wikitionary, they can still do so), but it would be nice if it showed people what to do when appropriate, e.g. the upload should go to Commons.

I think it makes sense vis-a-vis, say, Wikipedia because it can and does support non-free media (e.g. fair use) but Wikitionary might not want to do that, but, if someone wants to include some relevant image, they can still do so and the page isn't misleading (as if images can't be included on Wiktionary, rather than that they simply can't be uploaded there, *and should be uploaded someplace else*).

See [[:es:Especial:Upload]] ([[:es:MediaWiki:uploaddisabledtext]]) for a possible solution. But I do not know if sysops are able to upload to es.wp.

You can do this by editing the MediaWiki:Uploaddisabledtext page to include a link.
