Description

when running conftool-merge some actions don't specify which node it is being acted upon (e.g. pooled and weight)

Now running conftool-merge to sync any changes to conftool data
Running conftool-sync on /etc/conftool/data

WARNING:conftool:Setting weight to the default value 10
eqiad: Creating node restbase1010.eqiad.wmnet for cluster restbase/restbase
WARNING:conftool:Setting pooled to the default value no
