I don't know what local rules are for da.wikipedia to decide this kind of changes, but I notice this only has been discussed by 3 persons on a talk page. Wouldn't be more appropriate to put a link to this discussion on Wikipedia:Landsbybrønden too?

I see on the discussion you state two things:

  1. Your goal is to offer a logo for higher resolution screen, @tomasz could help you to prepare these files.
  1. The English Wikipedia allegedly uses a Vectorial version. Yet, they use enwiki.png for regular logo, enwiki-1.5x.png and enwiki-2x.png for HD logos.

So what we probably should do is to prepare these 1.5 and 2x files for da.wikipedia from the vectorial version.

Here the two HD versions I created from the vectorial one (then optimized for size with optipng -o7):

(Click on the files to get real size sharp version, Phabricator seems to provide a blurred thumbnail)

No objections on Wikipedia:Landsbybrønden, so I think it is okay with everybody to implement the HD logo

I concur. Change is scheduled for deployment at 17:00 CEST.
