When I tried adding http://www.tinyurl.com and http://www.tinyurl.com/6 to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Tizio/Spam, the spam filter reports the first url as triggering the filter, even if this url is whitelisted (the second is not). Perhaps the "this url triggered the filter" message does not take the whitelist into account.
