Wikimedia Canada is not incorporated, however we would like to have a chapter

We would like to have this site as soon as possible, to try and organize a
sustainable chapter, as we've only had moderate success with making it happen
on a mailing list and on Meta.

This does not have consensus yet. (See mailing list.) Furthermore, one of your members has suggested using wikimedia.ca (which he registered). That is probably the best option.
