@ggellerman Motion to make this a calendar reminder rather than a Phab task and close this task, or just close it since this is already on the staff agenda. Either way, it sounds like the intent of this task has been fulfilled (check-in is scheduled).

We checked in about this in August at Staff meeting....general feeling that we like the proposed norm and also feel that we could do a better job at adopting the norm more consistently. Let's keep at it :)
