Please create the Upper Sorbian Wiktionary
([[m:Requests for new languages/Wiktionary Upper Sorbian]])
with the following configuration, per approval by the language subcommittee:

• subdomain, XML lang code, and interwiki link prefix 'hsb';
• enable [[Special:Import]] between hsb.wikipedia and hsb.wiktionary.

The localization files for Upper Sorbian are ready and added.
