Currently, when I click on an edit from the German Wikipedia (I am logged in to both the German and English WP simultaneously), the queue filter changes to "default", and this is the only one available for the German WP. Also, when I exit Huggle and the last change that was open was from the German Wikipedia, or I forgot to set it back to my preferred queue, "default" is saved as my queue preference, so I need to change it again after I log back in (and as a side effect, this results in many unnecessary edits to my huggle config). I would suggest that queue preferences are stored separately for each WP, changing back automatically.
