I suggest that a mediawiki message be made that might say "$1 created an account for $2 on {{SITENAME}} ($4). The password for "$2" is "$3". You should log in and change your password now. You may ignore this message, if this account was created in error.
$1: user who created account
$2: Username for user
$3: Temporary password
$4: Possibly the log of the account created
