Description:
Step 1: Go to the "create account" screen
Step 2: enter a username, a password, and a bogus email address (e.g. "###"), and click the button.
Step 3: account created.

Expected results: complains in step 3 that "###" is not valid email address (i.e. displays the 'invalidemailaddress' message).
