Maybe we can find personal attacks through use of the npa template. See how often they occur and if there is revision id in the text.

The are very few RPA redactions (~400). There are 36k instances of the npa template.

The enwiki.npa_warnings table contains results of parsing the warnings. It contains a timestamp, the attacking user and the attacked page.

TODO:
compare warned users to blocked users
compare comments labeled as attacks by model to comments for which users received warnings
