Sometimes is necessary to find only all top contributions from such user so it would be handy to have the checkbox with such option.

Patch for ability to show only top revs on Special:Contributions

Patch against r54193 to support showing only top revisions the the Special:Contributions page. English and Czech messages included. There might be some minor things to be fixed, but it worked when I tested it on my box.
