In Romanian Wikipedia so-called Wikiprojects are put in Wikipedia namespace. As the number of such initiatives grows rapidly, we'd like to have a separate namespace called 'Proiect' and related discussion page 'Discuţie Proiect' for them. Similar namespaces were already created in, for instance, French and Polish Wikipedias.
