If I could diagnose it well enough, messed are these two parameters in the personal settings:

1. Number of edits to show in recent changes
2. Maximum number of changes to show in expanded watchlist

At present, the second parameter is derived from the first one, which even in personal settings 1000/50 makes a significant change and problem.

I hope it can be easily fixed, maybe it was a typo when coding?...
